A Confession
Dad is one of those everyday heroes who would never get profiled in the New Yorker or Time Magazine. I asked him if I could write about him for a class assignment. He gave me explicit instructions to keep a low profile.
He said he doesn’t want anyone to know about him.
Yet pretty much anyone who knows him, has met him, has had any interaction with him in business or life knows, this is a man who is extraordinary in every way.
He’s more profound to me than any author, celebrity, or shaykh.
